Cancellation Policy

No prepayment required — all services are paid in person at your appointment. We completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another client. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely will incur a small $10 fee. Thank you for respecting our time, it helps us keep things running smoothly and continue providing the one-on-one care you deserve.
